Of Mayfield Road, Oldham
Member of the New and Latter Day Saints Church.
He desired to walk in the law and the Gospel and in accordance with the Ten Commandments.
He would never swear an oath.
He did not shave or cut his hair or eat forbidden food.
He was secretary of Lancashire Latter Day Saints.

Sent to non combatant service, hospital work recommended.
